Webb23 feb. 2024 · We lived in Horizon House since 2009. It was an excellent place, the staff was very good, very caring, and helpful. We are very pleased to live here. We have a very nice apartment on the patio level of the building, and it’s very comfortable. There are 70 committees and there’s always something going on all the time. The food is excellent.
