Talybont Court is the newest residence and opened in September 2005. All rooms are single occupancy and have en-suite facilities.

Location is fantastic! 5 minutes to town and about 10 to uni. I have a renovated flat, which is nice. The unrenovated ones are the same style as talybont north, so no difference there.
